Shopping and ordering

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and review your order before submitting it. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract. The product, quantity, currency and total shown at checkout apply to your order. Prices and offers can change for future orders; changes do not alter an order already accepted. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled order.

Payment and delivery

Payment is collected through the methods offered at checkout. Standard shipping is free to the destinations available at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for delivery information. US estimates do not apply to other countries. International delivery estimates vary; contact us before ordering if timing is important. Any taxes or charges collected by us appear at checkout. Free shipping does not itself mean destination customs duties or import taxes are included.

Product information and use

LiverUplift is a dietary supplement. Follow the directions and warnings on the product supplied. Website content is general product information and is not a diagnosis or personalized medical advice. Do not exceed labeled directions. Consult a qualified health professional where appropriate, including if pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition. No particular health outcome is guaranteed.

Refunds, cancellations and your rights

You may request a refund within 30 days after delivery by emailing hello@liveruplift.com with your order number. See our Refund Policy. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation; we will confirm what can be arranged before dispatch. Please contact us before mailing products back.

Our voluntary refund offer is additional to mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights relating to faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or undelivered goods, or any applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal right. Where an EEA or UK statutory withdrawal right applies, you may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Applicable mandatory local protections remain in force.

Website use and privacy

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent orders. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed. Third-party services and links may have their own terms; using this store does not require you to accept unrelated promotional services.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Austrian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law applicable to them. Nothing here restricts a consumer’s right to bring a claim in a court permitted by applicable law. Contact us first if there is an issue so we can try to resolve it.
