Information we process

When you browse, order or contact us, we process information needed for those interactions: contact and delivery details, order and payment status, account information if you create an account, customer-service messages, and technical information such as IP address, browser, device and website activity. Payment information is handled through the payment providers offered at checkout. Please do not send medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information to customer support.

Why we use it

We use order and contact information to process purchases, arrange delivery, provide support and handle refunds. This processing is necessary to perform our contract with you or take steps at your request before a purchase. We retain transaction records to meet accounting and other legal obligations. We use relevant technical and transaction information for our legitimate interests in securing the store, preventing fraud and resolving disputes, subject to your rights. Where consent is required for marketing or optional tracking, we rely on that consent; you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Service providers and disclosures

Shopify hosts our store. Information relevant to your order or enquiry is also processed by payment providers, fulfillment partners and carriers, and email and support providers.
